Delivery Areas
We ship to all 50 United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available to select countries at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Free Shipping: 7-10 business days on orders over $75
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Return Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return
- Log into your Shaqmall account and go to "Order History"
- Select the order and items you wish to return
- Print the prepaid return label (free for US customers)
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shaqmall.com. We will arrange a free return and replacement at no additional cost.
